Execution Plan

Initial Consultation

i. Collaborate with you to gather all necessary inputs (services, products, testimonials, benchmarks, and any financials you can share). ii. Clarify brand preferences, tone, and style for both documents.

Content Creation

Develop the draft for the business plan and pitch deck based on the provided inputs and outlined structure.

Visual Design

Incorporate branding and create engaging visuals to enhance the impact of the business plan and pitch deck.

Revisions and Finalization

Share drafts for feedback and refine the content and design until fully approved.

Delivery

Provide editable versions of both the business plan and pitch deck in Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Google Slides formats.
