By aligning with your branding guidelines and using bespoke visuals, we aim to bring your vision to life while delivering a presentation that will resonate deeply with investors and stakeholders.

Execution Plan

Step 1: Prototype Creation

1) We will start with a prototype (1-2 slides), incorporating your provided branding guidelines and problem-solution framework. 2) The prototype will demonstrate two creative approaches: i. Minimalistic, icon-based design. ii. Illustrative, storytelling design using dynamic visuals.

Step 2: Initial Draft

1. Upon approval of the prototype, we will develop a full draft of the pitch deck (10-12 slides). 2. Each slide will focus on concise messaging and visually striking layouts to ensure engagement during your in-person pitch.

Step 3: Collaboration & Feedback

1. Deliver the first draft within 2 business days for your review. 2. Collaborate closely with your team to refine slides, ensuring alignment with your goals and feedback.

Step 4: Finalization

1. Implement all feedback into the final version. 2. Provide additional deliverables (e.g., a follow-up version of the pitch deck with more detailed illustrations or information for sharing after the presentation).

Pricing

Base Price: $200 for 10-12 slides. Prototype Deposit: $50 (fully refundable if the work does not meet expectations). The $50 will be adjusted toward the project cost if you approve the work.

Payment Structure

1. Prototype Deposit: $50 via PayPal (providing buyer protection). 2. Project Completion: Remaining $150, payable after delivery of the final product. Option to transfer to our European bank account to save on transaction fees.

Inclusions

1. Full branding alignment as per your guidelines. 2. Two creative approaches for the prototype. 3. Any rounds of revisions until satisfaction. 4. Free adjustment for the first post-pitch follow-up deck (if required). 5. Quick turnaround: i. Prototype: Within 1 business day after receiving branding materials. ii. First draft: 2 business days after prototype approval. iii. Final version: 1 additional business day post feedback.
